Hawaii’s Wedding Professionals Show #10 – The Waterfront at Aloha Tower and The School of Holistic Management
Crystal Evans – The Waterfront at Aloha Tower Marketplace
In this 10th episode of Hawaii’s Wedding Professionals, host Kahu Kalehua Featheran has the honor of interviewing two very lovely and lively ladies.  First is Crystal Evans, Sales Manager of The Waterfront at Aloha Tower Marketplace.  Crystal uses “Urban Chic” to describe the style that The Waterfront at Aloha Tower Marketplace can offer to couples for their wedding, vow renewal or special event.  Starting with a “blank slate”, the versatility and capability of her venue is soon evident as Crystals gives examples of how couples have worked with her to create the wedding of their dreams.

Weddings at The Waterfront at Aloha Tower Marketplace have taken place as late as 12 midnight with a dessert bar set up for guests instead of the traditional buffet.  How about pets serving as best dog and bride’s attendants; the furry kids are welcome at this venue?  Or, a wedding ceremony in the Tower itself, which by the way, is still open to the public – see yourself taking your vows in Aloha Tower with a view of the harbor.  Magnificent!  Imagine stepping out of your limousine and walking down an aisle of palm trees towards the Tower.  How memorable is that?  For parties as small as 30 guests to large extravaganzas involving thousands of guests, The Waterfront at Aloha Tower and Crystal can handle them all.

Margo Mansfield – The School of Holistic Management
Kahu Kalehua’s second guest is Margo Mansfield, owner of Consulting Associates International and The School of Holistic Management.  Margo lives in Washington State now, but as a previous long time Hawaii resident, she is a frequent visitor to our islands.  Margo uses an amazing assessment tool called the Personal Style Inventory to work with couples, to help them understand their similarities and differences and learn how to appreciate one another – whether it be a engaged couple who want to get off on the “right foot” or a married couple who feel their relationship could be improved, Margo provides valuable information and sound, usable advice.

The service that Margo provides can be used in personal relationships as well as in the work setting and to illustrate this, Margo shares a story with Kalehua about a wedding couple that she worked with who were both great people but who were undergoing some challenges.  At the same time, in a brief video excerpt, two of her long time client and friends, both former executives of FCH Enterprises (Zippy’s Restaurants) share the challenges they went through in the work setting and how Margo helped them to work through their issues and become best of friends.  So whether you are a couple about to be married, a married couple who want to enrich their relationship or a business owner or manager who can benefit from their people working more effectively together, Margo is able to work with them all.
