Viewers tuning in to this third episode of Hawaii’s Wedding Professionals will enjoy a tour of a fabulous estate on Hawaii Loa Ridge, known as the Wedding Cake House because of its three-tiered round architectural design. From the beautifully landscaped grounds, to a tropical indoor waterfall, a swimming pool that appears to flow off the edge of the property and the breath-taking view of the ocean from any of its uniquely decorated rooms, this home is a one-of-a-kind executive estate and it is for sale.
Kahu Kalehua Featheran was offered the use of this estate for his interview with Pegasis Rising, a group composed of 6 musicians and singers, along with manager Dana Suzui, and founder of the group, Eddie Suzui, who could not make it to the filming. In addition to sharing information about their group members, upcoming performances and how they can be contacted, the 3 members who sat with Kahu Kalehua for the interview, also shared some of their music, along with a sneak preview of their new music video release created and filmed by our own Sam Owens Unlimited. Whether it be for the wedding ceremony, wedding reception or other events, Pegasis Rising offers a broad range of music genre that will be enjoyed by almost anyone.
For the second interview, Kahu Kalehua welcomes Kahu Renee Pomaika’i of Hawaiian Aloha Blessings. Kahu Pomaika’i opens with an oli, as her son Po’okela blows the conch shell. As Kahu Kalehua joins her, Kahu Pomaika’i explains the significance of the chant, as well as some of the practices that she feels is important for her couples as they plan their ceremony, such as ho’oponopono.
With Governor Lingle vetoing House Bill 444, civil unions is considered as a pivotal issue in the upcoming gubernatorial race.
